Fabulous Original 1880's 3-piece dress, cotton and yards of intricate
1880's Schiffli embroidered eyelet trim. Amazing condition! Fitted
bodice has original shell pearl buttons, no boning, attached faux
jacket. Asymmetrical skirt has flounced underskirt of same cotton
fabric, front pull-up on one side, and original wide tucked pleats
across seat to accommodate a bustle (no bustle included), hooks at
waist. Medium-weight fabric is woven in a checked pattern. Original lace
was much worn and has been replaced by Schiffli heavy eyelet trim from
the 1880's. Vintage bows and streamers with silk flowers are pinned
on where original silk bows were attached, and may be removed, but are
included with dress. Truly one of a kind, from an early East

Bias-cut full circle skirt, fully cotton lined. Yards of ruffles around

Fabulous color!! Incredible, unique 1930's lush velvet formal gown.
Fitted strapless, drop-waist bodice, bordered by sewn-in
self-cording. Cording tied into large bow above bust and at
beginning of skirt on alternate sides.(see photo), both encircle the
dress front & back. Lower row of cording forms a farthingale-effect,
from which the very full skirt drops to the floor. Bodice has has
some boning, and original zipper under one arm. Approx. size 5-9,
depending on bust, waist and hip measurements. May have originally
been worn with a hoop, or very full drop-waist petticoat. Waist
measures approx. 25". Bows may be removed and made into straps, if
desired. Condition very good; one straight, hoizontal hand-mend in
skirt about a foot above hem, (looks like it was caught on
something). Truly a beauty, and one of a kind!

Yards of Val insertion and pintucking all over; pearl buttons and hooks
up back. Rows of Val insertion for a fitted drop waist,
machine-embroidered net cuffs, chemical lace panels on bodice shoulders,
amazing detail in flaring skirt. Bodice appears to have been enlarged in
back by addition of two rows of antique insertion, otherwise all original, and
what a beauty! Very good condition.

Rare brown on pale tan cotton Dotted Swiss Victorian afternoon dress.
Bodice and skirt ornamented with fine cotton lace insertion and yards of
brown cotton bias trim. Matching lace at throat and cuffs, back closure.
Skirt has deep tucking near hem, and is attached to bodice at waistband.
Seams were never finished, as they were covered by a sash or belt. All
original, save for replacement of fraying brown bias tape with unused
vintage cotton tape, and replacement belt of brown silk with Victorian
brass buckle. Dress has its ORIGINAL lace-trimmed CAMISOLE sewn
into the bodice. A wonderfully intricate dress, entirely wearable. Very
